• Define scope, boundaries, exclusions
• Prepare Quotation & contract
• Client approval

Document Review & Gap Analysis

• Collect existing policies, SOPs, forms, records
• Compare against ISO standard clauses
• Identify gaps (process, documentation, implementation)
• Conduct interviews & site walk through
• Prepare Gap Analysis Report
• Present findings & recommendations

Audit

• Review documented system
• Evaluate implementation of the management system
• Interview staff, observe processes, review records
• Identify NCs, observations

04

Certification

• Certification Body reviews all evidence
• Approves or rejects certification
• Issue ISO Certificate (valid 3 years)
